# 為什麼平台畫面跑版？

遇到平台跑板先不要緊張！快速確認 2 件事，輕鬆解決跑版問題。

如果遇到畫面跑版的狀況，請先幫我確認 2 件事情：

1. 目前 Daione平台 只支援「**電腦」**登入平台，手機平板等尚不支援。請先幫我確認是不是使用電腦登入平台。
2. 登入平台請使用 **Google Chrome**瀏覽器 才能獲得最好的使用體驗，如果使用 Safari 等其他瀏覽器，都可能會遇到畫面跑版的狀況。
