Revision content

The last step before the project is closed, please assist in the acceptance of the content posted by the influencer.

When the influencer uploads the acceptance link, you will receive a reminder in Daione and in your mailbox! Please confirm as soon as possible whether the content posted by the influencer needs fixing.

If you need to check and accept the content before the official post, you can use the message function, please ask the influencer to send the content to you for confirmation first.

The first step Find the project that requires checking and click the "Revise content" button. The number of articles that need to be accepted will be displayed on it.

For articles that have not yet been accepted, the revision status will show "Waiting to revise"

The second step Please click "Link" directly to confirm the published content on the social media platform of the influencer. Then, please click "Revise" or "Reject" under "Actions". Repeat this step until all article links are accepted.

You sure want to conform content: Press "Confirm" to indicate that the influencer article is okay and has passed the revision. You sure want to refuse content: Press "Confirm" means that the influencer article needs to be modified and it has not passed the revision.

Once the content passes the acceptance, confirm the article is good to go.

Return the content, please make changes with the influencers

The third step If there are any returned articles, please contact the influencers through the message and explain the parts that need to be modified. After waiting for the influencer to update the content, upload the acceptance link again.

The fourth step Confirm whether all "Revision status" shows "Revision complete".

All the links need to show "Revision complete" before entering the closing stage.

After the revision status is displayed as "Revise complete", the system will automatically enter the case closure, which means that the project is completed and funds will be allocated if there is money.
