There are 5 links in the online contract: "Choose contract type", "Contract modification", "Other contract details", "Confirm contract" and "Payment".
Please check the bottom of this page if you want to “Cancel project” before signing the contract.
The first type On the "Project" page, find the project to be signed, and click "Sign Contract".
The second step Click "Sponsored KOL Cooperation Agreement", you can see the Chinese and English versions of the contract appear below, click "Go forward" after confirmation.
The first step If you need to send sponsored products abroad or cooperate with the influencer‘s agreed time, you can modify the "experience date" and "Revision time" before signing the contract.
The second step If there are relevant authorization requirements, please choose the item and the period of use. After discussing with the influencer, if you need to modify the publishing platform and the number of posts, please adjust it before sending the contract.
The third step Confirm whether the number of quota and people are correct. If there are any parts that need to be adjusted, please adjust before signing the contract.
The fourth step If you have agreed with the influencer on the content that is not affiliated with the Daione contract, you can add it to the accessory contract. If you cooperate with foreigners, it is recommended to fill in Chinese and English. Remind you that if the content of the accessory contract is inconsistent with the Daione contract terms, the conflicting terms will be invalid.

The second step After carefully checking, please check the bottom "Confirm contract detail, and confirm to use this contract to sign".
Daione uses a third-party payment model. The company pays in advance when signing a contract, and the money will be temporarily stored in Daione. Until the project is officially closed, the cooperative remuneration will be paid to the influencers to protect the rights of both parties.
Pre-store value in Daione wallet: When signing the cooperation agreement, the money will be directly deducted from the wallet balance, and each stored value and expenditure will be listed in detail in the Daione wallet section.
Insufficient wallet balance: If the wallet balance is insufficient when signing the contract, you can first go to the Daione wallet to store value, or you can directly pay with a single swipe card.

After discussing with the influencer, if you confirm that you couldn't collaborate this time before sending the contract, please click the "Cancel project" button in "Project", and the project will be cancelled directly.
