Create event

To establish a recruitment activity, you need to complete the following 5 steps: "Recruiting brand", "cooperation type", "recruitment content", "recruitment information" and "acceptance project".

Recruiting brand

The first step After clicking "Create event", first select the brand and branch.

The second step Check the sponsored products expected to be provided for this event. Click "Next".

If you need to add sponsored products, please go back to "Sponsored Products" under "Brand Management" to add, or click the "Add Sponsored Products" button here.

Cooperation type

The first step Choose the country where you are expected to recruit influencers in this event, and you can choose multiple countries.

The second step Confirm the type of cooperation “Basic” and “Revenue Share”, including whether to provide a "web link" or "promo code". (The cooperation plan for hotel is not available yet, so stay tuned)

Basic

The most regular collaboration type, you could also ask influencer to put the "web link" and "promo code".

Revenue Share

Trace conversion result through "web link" or "promo code", and share the specific percentage revenue number to the influencer.

Daione would only assist to remit the money for a one-time collaboration fee. Whether is calculated or remitted for "Revenue Share", company needs to contact the influencer on their own.

The third step Select the type of remuneration for this cooperation. If it is a paid cooperation, you can manually enter the range of remuneration, and influencers will use this as a reference for quotation.

Unpaid cooperation: For mutual benefit cooperation, purely sponsoring products without paying additional compensation. Paid cooperation: In addition to providing sponsored products, enterprise will also required to pay influencers for the cooperation.

For corporate users of the basic plan, only paid cooperation is currently open. The use of unpaid cooperation requires at least an upgrade to a professional program.

"Budget range" is for each influencer, this budget range will be suggested to the influencers that see your event.

This number doesn't include 30% of Daione system service fee. Remind you to consider this extra fee while you're setting the budget range.

The fourth step

If you need to use the influencer's post as material for marketing and advertising, please check the authorization requirement type and time based on your marketing plan.

Recruitment content

The first step Please upload a picture of recruitment event. This picture will be displayed on the website page where influencers will be looking so, please choose an attractive picture.

The second step Please select the language first then complete the recruitment title and description. If there is a need to recruit foreign influencers, it is recommended to fill in the English version of the recruitment content information.

Recruitment title: The theme of this recruitment activity will be displayed on the activity page together with the activity diagram.

Recruitment instruction: Further explanation regarding the details and conditions of cooperation. Need to be notify the influencers in advance, such as specific platform exposure, traffic thresholds, number of reviews, etc., can be filled in here. Welcome to use "Insert Template" to edit directly.

Recruitment info

The first stage Select the number of influencers to be recruited for this event and the recruitment period.

The second step Set the experience date for the influencer and the deadline for delivery.

Experience date:A range from 7 days to 180 days after the signing Revise deadline:A period from 5 days to 28 days after the experience date.

The experience date and revise deadline for delivery can be adjusted individually when signing online.

Accepted Requirements

The first step Add "Keywords", you can choose to enter the keywords yourself or customized by the influencers. After the influencers post the content for content acceptance, they can confirm whether the correct keywords are placed.

The second step According to the needs of the brand, check the content that needs exposure. The influencers will then know what checked items are needed when creating content.
