During the cooperation phase, the project management system will play a very important role. It will assist the brand in successfully completing each step of the project. Through the visual flow chart, you can fully grasp the progress of cooperation with each influencer, and track the current status of each project
Daione divides the entire project process into 5 stages: "Start discussion ", "Sign contract", "Product experience phase", "Revision phase" and "Project closed"!
Start discussion: When you click "Start discussion" in the "Proposal List", the project will be officially opened and the discussion can be completed. At this time, please use the "message function" to discuss the details of cooperation with the influencer and prepare to send the contract.
Sign contract: After sending the project contract and receiving the signature of the influencer, the Sign contract can be completed. After the two parties have signed the contract, the project cooperation will be officially launched.
Product experience phase: According to the experience time set by the contract, the Product experience phase can be completed when the specified time is reached.
Revision phase: After the influencer uploads the article link, the "Revision Status" will show "Revise Complete", and the Revision phase can be completed.
Project closed: The project will be officially closed the day after the completion of the "Revision phase". If it is a paid cooperation, funds will be allocated after the case is closed.
