# Why does the platform screen go out of place?

If you encounter a situation where the screen is out of place, please confirm 2 things for me first:

1. Currently, Daione platform only supports the **"Computer"** login platform, mobile phones and tablets, etc. are not yet supported. Please help me to confirm if you use a computer to log in to the platform.
2. Please use the **Google Chrome** browser to log in to the platform to get the best experience. If you use other browsers such as Safari, you may encounter the situation of screen going out of place.
